Ten plus years customer. Called and left a message about needing a new tire ordered. 24 hours no call back. Was told by her when I called to check on my unanswered message ,she has 50 people that she still needed to get to before calling me back. Told me she was the owner. Then she told me that I can go somewhere else. I absolutely will. What a rude unprofessional owner.

I called yesterday at 8am and spoke to Sarah about buying 4 wheels and tires and having them installed. I was told she would find me the best price and call me back. It’s now the next day and still no call! You guys lost a good sale! I called Belle tire and they took care of me. I will gladly give them my $2,800 seeing how they were happy to find me a package and happy to get me in! Crazy you guys will turn down a good sale instead of calling me back!

I was definitely desperate on getting my tire replaced, and they did so in excellent fashion! No problems, quick and easy, and definitely recommend coming here if you have anything similar!

I think this is the 1st positive review I've ever written. I got a 6" Rough Country lift done on my tahoe. They were amazing from the start, the were telling me additional parts they may need during install, I was annoyed with that, but then they said I could even bring my own parts (for parts that were not agreed upon but may need fixed anyways.) Prices were lower than any other quote I had done. They said it would take a few days, and thats exactly what it took. I couldn't be happier. They were honest, up front, polite about everything. I dont know how to put up photos in the review, otherwise I could show how good it actually looks. I will recommend them to any family, and I will return for future work.
